WHAT IT MEANS TO BE HUMAN IN YOGIC TERMS

A unique opportunity to unpack philosophy in practical ways with the guidance and direction of scholar, author and teacher Daniel Simpson.

Our interactive community will explore a range of topics that relate yogic teachings to life "off the mat".

These include the relevance of dualistic systems to human relationships, the challenges of balancing truth and non-harming, what it means to alleviate suffering in the 21st century, and how ancient frameworks such as the gunas might be helpful.

We meet in person once a month (on September 10, October 8, November 12 and December 3). There is also the opportunity to join a closed Facebook community hosted by Daniel for discussion between sessions.

This sangha-style offering is available to book as a whole course for group commitment, trust and growth. Attendance is limited to 12 people.
