WHO IS THIS AIMED AT?
This retreat is an accessible guide to how yoga evolved and what makes it authentic. The physical practices will help to bring history and philosophy to life. However, there’s no need to be particularly bendy, or to have lots of experience!
HOW DO I REGISTER AND PAY?
Click here to secure your place with a £200 deposit. We’ll be in touch by email to confirm other details. The balance is due by August 1, 2023. If you book after this date, full payment is required. The balance can be paid by card or bank transfer.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We are unable to offer refunds if you cancel your booking. However, if the retreat cannot proceed for any reason (e.g. due to teacher illness or other unforeseen obstacles), we will attempt to reschedule and offer you the option of a full refund.
I Have AllerGIES. CAN YOU CATER FOR THEM?
All food is vegetarian and vegan. If you have any allergies, please let us know ASAP via the form below. We’ll confirm that your needs can be can accommodated safely before taking payment.
HOW DO I GET TO ASHA CENTRE?
The retreat is located in Gloucestershire (at Gunn Mill House, Lower Spout Lane, Flaxley GL17 0EA). Free parking is provided at the front and the rear of the main house. The nearest main-line station is Gloucester, 13 miles away. If you need travel advice, please ask.
Terms & Conditions
Your place on the retreat will be secured on payment of a £200 deposit.
The balance is due by August 1, 2023. If booking after that date, full payment is required.
Payments will not be refunded – except in the event that the retreat has to be cancelled for any reason.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and in the grounds, with the exception of the rear car park and in front of the house.
ASHA Centre also has a strict no pets policy – sorry!
